CarerNest was founded in 2025 by a team of care-sector veterans and technologists who shared the same frustration: finding compassionate, vetted home care in the UK was an opaque, paperwork-heavy, slow process — even when families knew exactly what they needed.

We started CarerNest to make that process human again.

What we do

CarerNest is a marketplace that connects families with vetted, compassionate carers. Every carer on CarerNest is background-checked, qualified, and reviewed by families like yours.

We provide:

• Search and matching, including AI-assisted matchmaking.
• Background checks (DBS, identity verification, right-to-work).
• Secure payments with escrow. Funds are held until the shift is confirmed complete.
• Digital care notes and medication administration records.
• Continuous review and feedback.

CarerNest is a UK company backed by a small group of family offices, sector-experienced founders, and angel investors. We are registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London.
